The president of Sabine Financial Services, Inc is Andre Souang. He is married to Rongrong and has a delightful ball of energy named Story. They reside in numerous residences but call the San Juan Islands off the coast of Northwest Washington state home. Andre is a serial entrepreneur who also enjoys life coaching, consulting, traveling and being with his family.
